Went on a Monday night. I couldn't believe that the clubs and Bourbon Steet were as busy as they were, I guess it is coming back. I figured that Barely Legal would be a good place for some customer interaction, so when I saw two young couples enter, I followed them in. My instincts were right, as the girls were clearly ready to party. Their dates starting throwing around a lot of singles, and the girls starting putting singles in their bras, waistbands, etc. It could have been very hot, but the dancers were not being touchy with them at all! They got disappointed, as did the rest of us in the club. Top it off with expensive drinks and not a lot of energy, and you get a low rating
