Visited HT a few weeks ago. First went on a Monday, and it was DEAD. so went back two days later on my way back from a trip to San Diego, and it was a little better. One of the dancers explained to me that the rules are very lax there bcs there is NO residential buildings in city of Industry, hence no complaints from neighbors and probably not even a vice squad in the city. It is all factories, office buildings, and retail stores, and it is 99% dead at night except for a few clubs like HT. You can pretty much get what you want here, except the girls push a bit too hard for the VIP and also for upsale, and they tend to want to get the "job" done quickly so they can move on to the next customer. Take your time to pick the right girl, warm up slowly, and then decide if you want to buy the extras - also if you show some interest, they will work hard to get you HOT!! It is such a HUGE contrast btwn all LA clubs (which are watched very closely and do not allow any interaction) to the clubs in City of Industry, which is more liberal than just about any club in the USA with a lot of hot looking women.
Only criticism of this place is that is just looks "cheap" - from the parking lot, to the store front, the decor, the furniture, the dirty old carpet, and the teeny VIP booths with worn out curtains. With the money they make, they could try to "class" it up a little, like Spearmint down the road.
This is a GREAT club (10) if you just want to get some serious contact and whatever extra you have in mind. It is not that great (6/7)if you want a nice comfy club to sit, relax, enjoy a staget show, or enterain clients. It is all about the private dances here - no comfortable couch or chair, no alcohol, no real glasses (just plastic ones) - it is a no-nonsense lap factory!!
