OK, was there last Friday night...

OK, was there last Friday night and was pleasantly surprised by everything except the cost of the cab ride in from the hotel - $30 for 7 miles! The waitress said that it was fairly typical, though, so I guess that's the way it is and had nothing to do with the club. Speaking of waitresses, mine was named Nadia and if I could've figured out a way to do it, I'd have preferred to hang out with her all night vice ANY of the dancers - not because the dancers weren't good, but because Nadia was cooler than just about any waitress I've ever met. Didn't hurt that 22-oz. drafts were $5, a deal in any club. $6 cover wasn't worth worrying about.

Anyhow.

Dancers were all latinas, which was cool, because they were pretty decent. Some were aggressive on asking for dances, but not horribly so. One song clothed, then topless, then out onto the floor. Never heard about the $10 at the table dance, but the $20 dances were pretty good. Little mutual touching as Juan (the f'cking Berlin Wall of bouncers) made absolutely sure that my hands remained planted on the couch. Didn't stop the girls though...my "lil buddy" had abrasions from being grabbed on so much through out the night. It was worth it.
