Diamonds and Harpers are the best...

Diamonds and Harpers are the best clubs in Winston in my opinion. Diamonds is the latest revision of the Silver Fox and Illusions, and the best of the three. Membership is required, but is only $2 for a year and they let you keep the card at the club. They are always having drink specials and you can usually get a beer for $2 and sometimes as low as $1.50. There are 2 levels, with the lower level all VIP areas and is open only in the evenings. The top level is where the stage is with a small VIP room around the corner. Laps are $25 and good by Winston-Salem standards. The girls are pretty decent here, averaging 6-7 with a few hot college girls. Most of the girls will sit and talk with you for 2-3 songs before asking for a VIP, and there is no pressure to buy them a drink or a dance. $1 tips at the stage are definitely worth it. The music is not too loud and a good mix. Filly's gets most of the attention in this area, but I think Diamonds is a better all around club.
