Went to VIcs on a recent Saturday, late afternoon. Neighborhodd is ok. Parked on the street about 3 blocks away. Several girls and guys congregating on the sidewalk. Girls were dressed inappropriately for the daytime!

Paid the very large doorman $5, entered a small club. As described in previous reviews, the bar is in the center, with small stage occasionally occupied. Pool table back lef. The place was crowded. Customers and girls 90% black. I am middle aged white guy from the suburbs. No problem.

Got a beer and found a stool along the wall. Steady stream of girls approached me, became physically close. I started tipping. Closeness became closer. Quality of girls 4 to 9. Girls are very busy doing standup dances along the walls, and at the bar stools. The main challenge here for most guys is the ability to hold out! Girls are agressive to put it mildly.
