Just an okay weekend night

Every year or so, I visit Bourbon Street and usually have a good time. It had been more than a year since my last visit. And this time I went during the summer, so I should have expected it would be less than super busy in the hot time. This was true even though I came after 9 p.m. on a Friday night.

Okay, the basics: The area is pretty safe. It seems to be even better than before, as more businesses and ordinary things are coming in around Thomas Road.

The parking lot is large and also seems very safe. I’ve never had any problem there.
