Good daytime spot -best in area for views, drinks, and conversation

I visited Oz and Atlantis to decide which should be my go to in the area. Because they are so close, it was easy to visit both in one trip.

Oz has a big selection of dancers with great variety, making it a solid spot for views, drinks, and conversation. But dances and VIP rooms are pricey for this area.
