Vivide experience

I’ve been to Vivide before and went back a few times after my initial visit, but my schedule mostly only allowed night visits, usually after 8 pm. Over the course of about 3–4 trips, I kept hoping it would click because I genuinely wanted to enjoy the club. But the nighttime atmosphere, the crowd, and the general difficulty communicating with some of the dancers made it hard for me to fully get into it.

After reading a number of reviews and hearing advice that the daytime shift is a completely different experience, I decided I should give it a fair shot before writing it off. So I finally made it out for an afternoon visit last Thursday, 12/11.

I arrived around 3:30 pm, and the parking lot was already pretty full. At the entrance to the lot, a attendant collected $10 for parking in the paved area. There is also a gravel/dirt section further back, which I later learned is free, though I didn’t realize it at the time since it wasn’t clearly explained. I’ve also heard that this free parking option may not be available for much longer.
