Got to give em a hand!

I stopped by Club Desire in Providence one night with a couple friends and had a pretty decent time. The place was busy but not packed, and there was always something going on. The music was loud, the drinks were okay, and the atmosphere was what you'd expect from a strip club. Nothing fancy, but it was a fun way to spend a few hours.

After sitting at the stage for a bit, a petite Asian dancer came over and started talking to me. She was friendly, playful, and easy to talk to. She sat with me for a while, laughed at my jokes, touched my arm a few times during our conversation, and made it clear she knew how to keep a customer's attention. After chatting for a bit, I decided to get a lap dance. She was a really good dancer and made the experience enjoyable without making it feel awkward.

The flirting definitely added to the experience. She maintained eye contact, complimented me, and had a confident personality that made the interaction feel fun and engaging. Obviously it's part of the job, but she did a good job of making the conversation feel natural rather than sounding like a sales pitch. The dancers overall seemed pretty laid back, and nobody was overly aggressive about trying to sell dances.
