Solo Thursday Run

Arrived at Hoops around 7:15 PM solo. The bouncer at the door was very cool. When I walked up, he just looked at my ID and said, "Are you ready for this?" I smiled, and then he mentioned the fact that I had just turned 21 a few days ago, gave me a good handshake, and led me inside. I went during Happy Hour, so there was no entry fee at the door. The music is really loud inside, so it makes it hard to just sit there and talk to people. I got a $5 water at the bar to keep it simple and tipped the bartender. A decent amount of dancers briefly approached me at the bar area, and usually, they ask if you want a dance within 30 seconds of walking up. Dances are $20 here on the main floor. Hoops has a wide open sports bar layout with no semi-private booths, which can feel exposed at first, but once the dancing starts, I completely hit tunnel vision and forget about the crowd watching.

During the dances, touching was allowed. Quick note: Ive been to ricks next door Which I plan to review soon and in my opinion Ricks has better looking dancers on average. Sat right at the main bar area and used a stage-tipping strategy to filter the rotation. Tipped the girls I liked during their sets, and Rose came to find me at my stool afterward. Talked briefly Got two great, high energy grinding dances from Rose . Before my dance with Rose, she was jokingly like, "just no No licking, I don’t like saliva." I smiled and said, "That actually happens?" and we both laughed after the dance I tipped $15.

The highlight was a top-tier Colombian dancer from Medellín. I didn't see her on stage, but she approached my stool. She asked if I wanted a dance within 30 seconds like the others, and normally I would reject that fast pitch, but she was an absolute 8-10 and exactly my type. Got two incredible $20 dances from her initially. She was all over me, bouncing her ass, and asked if I liked it. Handed her multiple tips during the tracks, and she playfully said, "Make it rain."

After those first two, she asked if I wanted more. I said, "I’m gonna grab a drink, you can come back," and chilled at the bar for a bit. More dancers approached me but I rejected them, and I even saw the Colombian girl nearby again. After a while, I went back toward the dance floor area. She approached me again for two more dances and I took them. She gave me an enthusiastic cheek kiss afterward, and then at 9:30 PM, I decided to call it a night.
