Saturday night

I stopped by this spot during my trip to Houston a couple weeks ago. I took an uber from my downtown hotel (about 20 minutes) and arrived just before midnight. I paid the $20 cover charge and was patted down and wanded before being let inside the club. I checked this spot out during my last trip to Houston a couple years ago and knew this place didn't serve alcohol, so I came prepared with some cognac in a coke bottle. There is a small bar towards the back of the club which sells bottled water, juice and cups of ice. I got a cup of ice which was $2 or $3 and took a seat near the small satellite stage near the bar.

Nothing had changed in terms of club layout since my last visit, the larger main stage with a pole is still near the entrance with ample seating surrounding the stage. There are a couple of smaller stages without poles towards the back of the club with additional bench seating nearby. All three stages were occupied when I got there. Dancers are announced and do sets of about 4 or 5 songs on the main stage. The smaller satellite stages near the back of the club are more of a free for all with girls getting in where they fit in and doing their thing as they please.
