What just happened?

Showed up at the Lodge to celebrate after a big work win in Dallas. Plan was to get some dinner, get one of the downstairs VIP rooms ($250 for a bottle and then you get access to a booth and pay the girl her rate for her time), have some fun and relax. The Lodge has been described accurately in many other posts. It has a hunting theme and there are taxidermy animals all over the place. Large leather chairs and nice tables for dining. The food is excellent for the price. Multiple other reviewers have pointed out that this is more of a plush steakhouse with strippers than it is a traditional club. There is one large stage without a pole and a smaller stage, both in the main room. On the night I was there, girls were only dancing on the two stages in the main dining room. The library has a stage as well, which is more of a lounge in the back of the club, but no one was dancing there. Behind the library is the room with the VIP booths. This place was not busy at all. Maybe 20 dancers, definitely 7 and up. The stage shows were really weak, but that isn't what this place is about. The girls are here to sell dances and VIP experiences, and they approach it with chit chat and flirting and then build up to the inevitable ask.

Dances are 3/$100 for medium contact dances in chairs around the club, or more contact in one of the VIP booths downstairs. There is also an upstairs VIP section that runs like $600 to get up there. I got the impression that things can get real steamy up there, but did not check it out.

I finished dinner and a smoking hot 10/10 blonde came and sat with me and started the flirting and caressing. She said she's a travel dancer and this is her first shift back at The Lodge in months. A lot of plastic, but clearly done by a talented surgeon, and not over the top. Really captured that Instagram bimbo model aesthetic, in the best way, without going over the line into tacky. She was gorgeous and also had quite a bit of that crazy energy. This is the type of girl that would definitely ruin your life if she got too close. Naturally, I was smitten, despite the warning bells going off.
