- Chili PalmerApproved·The owner of Chica's killed this club awhile back. He started showing up and monitoring the cameras aggressively. Girls with whom I would normally absolutely go to town on (and they with me), were strictly 1-way minimal touch after that. The best girls left for Hi-Liter and Essex and a couple other places. A real shame.
