Chill Sunday night at Roxxies, more girls there than guys

I stopped by Roxxie’s GoGo Bar on a Sunday night and spent about two hours there. The atmosphere was lively, with a constant dollar parade happening throughout the evening. Parking was easy and the area feels safe.

I spent some time talking with a dancer named Tiffany, who was friendly and easy to chat with. I also got a dance from a different girl and can’t remember her name. During the dance, a bouncer was watching and reminded her to keep one leg on the floor, which I thought was odd. While I understand they have rules to enforce, the level of monitoring made me feel a little uncomfortable and took away from the experience.

Overall, the staff and dancers were welcoming and friendly. The entertainment was consistent throughout the night, but the hottest woman in the bar was actually the Latina bartender.
