So, despite my better judgment, I decided to give this place another chance. Went on a Wednesday evening around 11:50. There were probably 4 other patrons and 5 dancers. Of my total 3 visits, this was probably the worst for quality of dancers. There was one dancer who may have been a 6, others were 4-5 range. No white girls this night, only blacks and latinas. I was fairly quickly approached by Sunshine (a latina). I will give her a lot of credit for taking the time to talk to me, hear about my other two previous experiences and give me a good idea of what I might expect. I took advantage of her time on stage to see if the situation improved and when it did not I accepted her second proposal of a private dance. Rates haven't changed since the last visit. $100 for 20 minutes, $150 for 30 minutes. I settled on 20 and a tip to match the house money. The one positive observation I can make is that she was very diligent with the hand-sanitizer liquid. As part of her show she indicated that there were some options beyond a friendly hand-shake including between the breasts or lips. When I inquired about the former she indicated the tip needed to increase by $50. I declined and didn't bother to inquire about the latter. Overall the visit was about what I would have expected going in and I can say I was satisfied with the visit. To net out the cost: $10 cover, $8 drink + tip, $100 to house for room, $100 to dancer, $10 to time keeper. (A final nickel and dime hustle that is really annoying...). So, around $230 for the visit. I'd have preferred lower cost but it wasn't exorbitant. Also, I do think that you might be able to negotiate the dancer tip a bit better upfront (I just went with what I think is the standard) and probably skip the timekeeper tip.
