Solid Neighborhood Vibe with a "Wristband" Catch
The Place
PT's Showclub in Denver definitely leans more toward a "neighborhood" spot than a glitzy tourist destination, but it’s well-maintained and clean throughout. The layout is great for stage-watchers, featuring multiple stages and often having dancers performing at each one simultaneously. I split my time between the rail and the bar, both of which offered good sightlines of the action. It lacks the "mega-club" polish of Vegas, but it makes up for it with a comfortable, accessible atmosphere that doesn't feel overly pretentious.
The People
The lineup here was a bit less varied than what you’d find in larger markets, mostly consisting of a mix of White and Black dancers. The "hustle" was present but managed to strike a decent balance; there was plenty of casual chatting and getting-to-know-you conversation, though the girls were still consistently pushing for dances. It wasn't overly aggressive, but you’ll definitely be asked. The staff service was generally good, though I did get a bit of attitude from the bartender when I dared to ask for a water alongside my drink—apparently, hydration isn't the priority on their shift.
