The Place

Walking into Crazy Horse III, it’s clear this is a staple of the Las Vegas scene, though during my particular visit, it felt much smaller than its reputation suggests. The layout is expansive, but with the main stage lacking a tip rail and no dancers performing on it that night, the room felt surprisingly cavernous and a bit empty. The lighting and music were dialed in at appropriate levels, making it comfortable enough to sit at the bar, but the overall "dead" atmosphere was hard to ignore. You can definitely tell there is a massive amount of space "behind the curtains" and in the VIP areas, but the main floor was very quiet for a club of this caliber.

The People

Despite the lack of stage activity, there were about a handful of dancers working the floor and the bar areas. The lineup offered a good variety of body types, though the rotation was predominantly Latina during this shift. Because the room wasn't very busy, the dancers were definitely on the hustle, approaching frequently to see if I wanted to head to the back. However, I have to give them credit: they were all very polite and didn't get pushy when I turned them down. The rest of the staff, from the front door to the bartenders, were professional and helpful, which kept the experience pleasant despite the low energy in the room.
