Continues to disappoint, regardless of day/time

Have been a day shift monger for years, and this club has been very disappointing during day shift for most of a decade. It continues to stay open, so I thought perhaps an evening visit would show some improvement. I went in about 6PM on a Friday evening, and stayed until almost 9.

First off, there is no change to the layout of this club in the last 15 years or so. Walk in the door, and there is a security station there. They will scan your ID and wand you. This is from a problem about 10 years ago, where there were shootings around the club, specifically the parking lot. This is much better now than in the past. I don't ever feel unsafe here anymore. The cover is $5, plus tip if you feel so inclined. Once in, the stage is on the right, with seating around the stage for tipping. There is a small square bar towards the back right corner of the club. There are tables around the room, with some bench seating against the left wall as you come in, and the far right wall, across from the stage. Several TVs, but they could install a few more IMO. The DJ booth is in the back left corner, next to the hallway that leads to the restrooms. The VIP area is a long hallway in the far back right corner. The VIP booths are decent sized, with a couch, small table and mirror in each, they are 'closed off' by a curtain that reaches ceiling to floor. Decently private for your VIP dances. The entire club is fairly dark, except for the stage and the seats at the stage for tipping mongers.

Beer was cheap, around $3.50 for a Mich Ultra. I have purchased cola's from time to time and they are the same cost as a beer. Expect to pay about $10 for a shot for the girls, if you decide to buy them drinks. The bar tenders are the most attractive women I have seen in the club in the last few visits. The dancers are not as hot as the bartenders. Don't sit at the tables if you want a drink. Go to the bar and get it yourself. In the last 5 years, I have not been able to get a drink, unless I was sitting at the bar. Once you get a drink, they will come out to the table (could be because I am a decent tipper for the bar staff).
