During a recent trip to the Baltimore area, I decided to check out the famous "McDoogals." Here's how to get there:

If you are coming north on I-95 or the B-W Parkway, take I-695 East, heading toward the Francis Scott Key bridge. Before you reach the FSK bridge, take the last exit, which is exit #1 (Hawkins Point Rd). At the top of the exit ramp, turn right, and go 1 block to the stoplight. At the stoplight, take a left onto Rte. 173. Then, continue to proceed on Rte. 173, because it becomes Fort Smallwood Road.

After passing thru the lite at Energy Pkwy, you will go past an undeveloped area. When you see "84 Lumber" on your left, watch closely because McDoogal's comes very quickly after that. It is on your left (8025 Fort Smallwood Rd). If you want more detailed directions, call them at: 410-437-2834.
