Sunday night at sunrise

I’ve been here a few times and somehow never got around to reviewing it. The spot is right across the street from St. Joe’s Hospital. I stopped in on a Sunday night hoping to see a friend, but she wasn’t working, so I stayed for a few drinks and checked out the lineup. Stopped in around 10 and stayed till about midnighy.

There’s a decent, medium-sized parking lot that’s usually easy to find a spot in, unless it’s a busy Friday or Saturday night. At the entrance, there’s a standard security pat-down before you go in.

Inside, the main stage has three poles and even a swing, which adds a bit of variety. There are two bar sections surrounding the stage with a couple of bartenders working. Most of the dancers are Dominican or Spanish-speaking, but many know at least some English—or you can get by just fine with a translation app.
