Out of Towner visits the Cafe

Was in the area for work and decided to see what was around. Read the reviews of this place and was intrigued to see it for myself. Arrived on a Tuesday around 5pm, which was early. The place is located on an industrial like area with a parking lot and street parking. I parked in the street because you can be parked in and I did not want to be stranded.

Walked in and paid a $10 cover. The place is dark and has a room with a curtain in the front for dances and a small stage. In the back is a pool table with a bar and seating for about 20 patrons. Most patrons were playing pool, darts, and lounging. At that time, there was only 1 girl working, Latina who was drinking with 2 dudes. More dancers were arriving around 6pm, all Latina, mainly Dominican.

I had a few beers, around $6 each. Was confronted by a thick Dominican dancer who was very handsy at the bar. Had a few drinks and didn’t feel pressure to dance. After some drinks, I took her up for a dance.
