New Managemnt Messing It Up for Everyone

Why is this place always 3 steps forward and 10 steps back? It’s frustrating to go to a place that seems to be picking up steam and then before you know it, new management decides to f**K up any and all progress for no reason at all. Thursday was quickly becoming my go to here, but now there seems to be some policy shifting here going on as far as periodic curtained VIP check ins with dancers and favorite dancers getting their shifts cut if they don’t create their schedule in advance now (my favorite Asian dancer is looking for a new club because apparently management won’t let you just show up and work anymore).

Came here last Thursday, skipped the cover and paid 10 for a drink, and walked into another dead club in the afternoon with none of my faves working. I asked the manager who politely told me they weren’t scheduled that day but recommended some other duds who I had never seen before. Texted my dancer and she mentioned that she had been denied her regular shift in favor of another dancer who had created her shift ahead of time. That’s the dumbest policy I’ve ever heard of, especially when your club is bleeding customers by the week. I know their model is just to rely on the whales but that’s going to run dry quick in favor of this new policy.

Stayed for another 20 minutes, but not before I was approached by a slim Latina girl who offered the 30 minutes 100 dollar special with a 1k tip add on. Left quickly after that. Why are they pushing out their best dancers in favor of the baby dancers quoting ridiculous prices! I’ll chill on this club until they fix that policy. No wonder this place doesn’t get any juice anymore. I’ll still to my home clubs in the OC.
