A step below a 'crazy' party cafe but still nice to visit

If I had to rank this on the scale of (0) Cafe Lu to Cafe Starz (10), I think this is a clear 6.

It's the usual cafe with the blackened windows and 'wall' blocking direct view into the cafe. There is an ATM if you truly want to get your money there, tables spread through the entire shop similar to 168, and a larger smoothie menu than most shops. Area is pretty bad though, with homeless unironically roaming the parking lot. One of the main positives is that this shop closes later than most (12am on all weekdays, 1am Friday and Saturday)

In terms of nudity, they are primarily a topless only shop with not much touch during rotation. They do $20 dances, topless only. Not sure if there is anything in the back. The rotations are pretty in-frequent though and take a long time as girls get held up talking to their regulars.
