Okay-not as good as it once were.
I have been to Keepers before the renovation as well as post renovation. I like the new layout but love the old layout more. The old set up was more interactive as the stage and bar was connected. Now when you walk in and pass security, the bar is directly in front of you and the stage to the far side. I’m not sure how the dancers make money here. At least before, many felt compelled to tip a few dollars while drinking at the bar. The real upgrade are the television display and shower show. On this particular evening, there were a handful of dancers, all of which is made up of different ethnicities, shapes and sizes. At Keepers, you can find your next door girl as well as your perfectly enhanced Brazilian/ Dominican.
I went in around 5:30PM and there were no cover charge. It’s located in a fairly busy plaza. As soon as you walk in, you’re met with security who gives you a pat down/ wand down. Drinks are decently priced and dances are $30 per song, $5 for an entrance fee to the back. In dance area, elevated on another level are chairs and “booths” that line along the wall. There are also two VIP rooms. I have never been there for a VIP so I’m not familiar with prices.
