Did anyone get the memo?

Foxy is a little off the beaten path, right around the corner from the Cadillac Lounge. It’s the big building lit up in pink when you’re driving on 95 in the evening. It’s in this little industrial park right off of Douglas Ave. You can’t miss it, there’s a huge-ass “Foxy Lady” sign right out on Douglas Ave where you’re supposed to turn. As soon as you turn onto Chalkstone ave, you’ll see a lot to your left that says “Valet Parking”. Not that they actually valet, they don’t take your car from you. It’s just pay $3 so you can park yourself a little closer to the door. Not worth it. Parking on the street or in the lot behind the building is free. $10 cover after 8 PM, goes up to $20 at 10 pm. I have the VIP card from the parties, so I get in for free. Oh, and they’ve got a new license scanner there for later in the evening. If that’s not your thing, go early.

The place inside is pretty big, and looks like your classic mid-level strip club. Mirrored ceilings, neon lights everywhere, random seating everywhere, and a bathroom attendant! (so fancy, I felt like I needed a monocle to be in there) Unfortunately they’re going the ghetto route, as they’re starting to use a smoke machine and playing a lot more hip hop. Whoever made that decision needs to be beaten about the head and neck until they repent. Probably the manager. He looks like he got the job because he’s the only one who’ll fuck the owner’s 108 year old mom.

As soon as you walk in, you've got a big bar in front of you with plenty of seating and a few big screen tvs behind it. Great place for drinking, but not for watching the rest of the club. If you're sitting at the seats closest to the stage, yeah sure. But if you're on the far end? You'll get a great view of the backs of people's heads. Just to the left of the bar is the main stage with 1 pole, and just to the left of that looks like a shower for shower shows. If that's your thing... cool. The lap dance room is right next to that.
