Back after a while…

Was a regular at club Venue and been looking for a place since its closure. When I went to 205 across the street every so often I never felt comfortable. I’m not sure why. But tried it lately after some errands just to see if anything changed since I last was there and it was actually great. Girls seemed more chill than I remember and the overall vibe was casual and comfortable. Volume was fine, not too loud for conversation. No cover. Crowd was mixed with quite a few older gents (afternoon crowd, a smattering of retirees, lunch patrons, and workers coming off the morning shift).

Standard drinks prices for the Portland area and Ok food was available, I had an order of egg rolls and an IPA which came out to be about 15 all together. I think it was happy hour.

Private dance prices have seem to go higher lately in some other places I’ve gone, with the 3 dance price going from 100 with a single dance at 40 to 140 with a single dance at 50. Thankfully it feels like this trend has been stopped and perhaps reversed with the three dance price seemingly stabilizing at 100-120.
