Great time in Chicago !!

We all know the classic move — park at Jack in the Box and make the walk. $8 for 10 hours is basically a steal… unless you count the 1.6-mile hike as part of the price. I actually enjoy the walk during the day. Nighttime? Yeah… I suddenly remember I’m not that adventurous.

I got there way too early — like 4 PM early. Rookie mistake. In San Diego, killing time is easy. In Chicago (Club)… not so much. Place was dead. Saw one cute girl who gave me a smile as I walked by… and that was the full extent of our relationship. No hello, no follow-up, just a brief moment of hope that went absolutely nowhere.

So I pivoted and hit up Hong Kong Club to burn some time. Not amazing, but solid enough to keep things moving. Came back around 6:30 when things started to wake up a bit.
