Very fun night at the Gold Room!

Decided to give the Gold Room a try on a Friday night. It was my time visiting this club.

Arrived around 11 PM. Paid $10 to valet my vehicle and entered the Club. Checked my coat and paid the cover charge ($10) and a cute hostess led me to a table a good distance from the main stage. The Club has an upscale feel with great lighting and good energy and music. It’s very clean and feels safe. Not a huge crowd that night, but it wasn’t dead either. Two dancers working the poles at all times on the main stage. The pole dancers came in all shapes, sizes, and colors. Some had outstanding pole skills.

A cute server came to my table to ask if I wanted anything to drink. I asked what bourbons they had and she gave me a “deer in the headlights” look, so I asked if they had Jack Daniels ($12] and she said yes. I nursed my drink while watching the action on the main stage and eventually was approached by a smoking hot blond Latina. She started chatting me up and I offered to buy her a drink, which she accepted. She kept chatting me up, not pressuring me for anything. After 10-15 minutes I asked her about lap dances and whatnot and she told me she only works the VIP rooms (telling me about regulars who schedule her for “hours-long” VIP sessions). I would have been down to go into VIP with her, but she left abruptly (maybe one of her regulars came in).
