I went to Bandidas Cabaret at 18:50 on a Thursday night. The club starts charging a $10 cover charge at 19:00, so I was able to narrowly save an Alexander Hamilton. There is a small bar on the left as you enter. There is a separate room for private dances to the right and elevated a couple steps. The main stage dominates the room. It is a large island with two pole positions. There are five video slot machines on the rear part of the left wall just before the washrooms. They are wound up tight and not worth playing. There was a food truck parked just outside the front door. On Thursdays, they offer a $9.99 steak and lobster dinner while supplies last. I assume they are taking a loss on the food to get people in the door. The ATM has a $200 maximum withdrawal and charges $7.95 per transaction.

I had not been to this strip club in nine years (March 2017). Back then it was called Jaguars. Then it became Chicas Locas for a while. Other than the rebrand to Bandidas Cabaret, the biggest change has been that the club finally obtained a liquor license in 2025. I will say the Bandidas logo is pretty cool: a baddie with a bandanna covering the lower part of her face. The move from BYOB to alcohol served meant this club went from being a nude club to being a topless club. Also, the minimum age to enter went from eighteen to twenty-one.

Sincweisers were $5. In actuality, the beer was $4 and there was $0.60 of state and local taxes added on top. The $4.60 grand total got rounded up to $5. The bartender, Wren, was very friendly to this dinosaur, so I bought her a shot at the end of her shift. A La Diabla for her was $8, and a Red Headed Slut for me was $5. Add an 8.25% sales tax and a 6.7% mixed beverage tax, and the total came to $14.95. The generosity paid off though because she comped me a second Red Headed Slut.
