Mediocre Experience at the Palamino

Took my wife for our second time at the Palomino and honestly it was a mixed bag. Right off the bat some woman in the bathroom decided to make rude comments to my wife which set a bad tone for the night. Then I had paid for a table and got asked to move three times. Three times. At that point I just asked for my money back and they gave it to me, so at least there's that. For $80 at the door for the two of us I wasn't expecting to be shuffled around all night like we didn't belong there.

The dances were a whole story on their own. We hunted down a girl we both really liked from our first visit, did a 30 minute dance for $250 and it just wasn't the same this time around. A little disappointing. But earlier in the night we tried someone new, three songs for about $100 and it was honestly great. Ended up doing a 15 minute follow up with her for $150 and we just vibed, good conversation, good time. That part made the night worth it.

The weirdest part of the whole night was how little attention we got. We were spending real money and it felt like nobody could tell. Not sure if being a couple throws people off or what but we had to do most of the approaching ourselves. A couple girls did come up offering a little something extra which we turned down, not really our taste. Still curious if that's actually a thing there or just talk.
