I stopped in on a few afternoons over the last month, and I have had a similar experience each time.

Now to my experiences lately. The hottest girl in the bar is the waitress. She had an amazing body, and she will do a set on stage at times. Because I sit at the bar, I have not gotten the opportunity to interact, so I have no idea if it is worth going for a dance, but I need to investigate further. Each time there has been a dancer or 2, but nothing that has excited me. The Bartender is cute, but ind of bland.

As for the dances themselves, they are on par with othe clubs. They do offer daytime specials of $100 for 15 in the fireplace room. You mileage may vary based on tip.
