Sounds like the Sands is totally hit or miss. I got a miss. Nothing happening - just a couple of bored looking dancers, not even really interacting with the two customers in the place. They did a remodel not too long ago, but the entrance is still fairly public on a busy street in Ballard - just hope no one you know from work is driving by as you enter or exit! I hung for a little while then headed out to try Ricks on Lake City Way.
