Free dances tomorrow...

This club is in a great location near major roads and the area is safe and secure. Michigan Avenue is a main road that leads directly (eastbound) to downtown Detroit. The building and the lot are well maintained. Sometimes there's a security car in the fenced lot. You park and enter from the rear of the building but there is no entrance on the street side that faces Michigan Avenue. The is a large marquis on Michigan Avenue and you can't miss it. Chances are you'll drive by it the first time, so catch the cross street before or after the marquis and swing around back and enter from "the rear".

This evening (last week) the lot was about one-third full. It's never completely full, but this is fewer cars than usual. When I pulled in there were a few cars leaving but that's not unusual. There are usually ubers bringing dancers and guys coming and leaving. The dancer quality was sub par and maybe people were leaving. More than likely it was early, and it wasn't busy yet. The guys are there for the girls, and the girls are there for the money, so if it isn't happening at the same time things tail off.

The cover is still $10 after 5 pm and they'll wand you coming in the door. I'm cool with that. This evening the club was largely open and there were lots of table and open booths. Nothing for me to look at and "appreciate" but I took my time and looked for something to make me want to hang around. Bought a tequila and took my time. Finally asked one of the guys "where are the Cubans tonight?". He smiled and said it was early. Also, the weather is warming up and getting to work requires a little more motivation than when it's minus 8 degrees and you need something to do to get you out of the house. I decided to get out for some fresh air and come back another night. Know the value of your time, and if you have something better to do, and don't want to hang out until the scene changes (the evening will turn around and it always does) bail and come back another night.
