Got the job done

Partners is on the outskirts of Erie, in the middle of nowhere. The place looks like a wooden shack on the outside, and the inside is old wood paneling with catering hall quality furniture

Walk in and pay $20 cover to some old guys sitting around a table. To the right is a "bar" with stools but no drinks available, it's BYOB. To the left is a hallway to a series of private rooms.

There is a corral where the girls dance (it's not a stage exactly, just a half-wall surrounding the dance floor and poles).
