A Solid Double of a Club
Got to Hustler Club on Saturday around 9:30pm with my wife, they scanned IDs outside and surprisingly there was no cover to get in compared to where we had gone the previous night (Club 327 - $20, Penthouse Club - $16 per person). Sign said one drink minimum, but they weren’t pushy about it.
The venue was packed with people upon arrival, couples, groups, and some single dudes. Good sized main floor, long bar on the left side, large main stage with two-story pole and smaller secondary stage nearby toward the back of the room. Upstairs was open to the main stage below if you desired to make it rain, it has a full bar, semi-private booths for dances, and a third very small stage.
Wait staff were friendly and cute, swinging by often enough to be helpful but without pressure to buy anything. Drinks were $12 for a Blue Moon and $7 for a club soda. The dancers were predominantly thin, most with tattoos, and they had about 15-20 working in the hour and a half we were there. Good variety of athletic women who would climb the pole and do all sorts of acrobatics on the way down mixed with others who were a bit more sensual and played to the audience. I’d say most were 6s and 7s and though we enjoyed our night, we were hopeful to see 8+ on a Saturday night.
