An more upscale alternative to Akron’s dive strip clubs, but fewer dancer extras

I was in Akron again last month and decided to try Gatsby’s North as an alternative to the three dive bars in Akron: Lucky Corner, Old Glory Daze, and G Spot, which I have reviewed here before. First thing to note, is that Gatsby’s is a regulars club. It will be tough to get more than a high mileage dance if you are a newbie. Still, the club is a bit more upscale than the alternatives and the dancers are in much better shape than the dive bars.

I wandered in about 1:30PM on a Thursday afternoon. There were only three or four customers there, mostly retirees and a blue collar worker. Gatsby’s is a relatively upscale large club with subdued lighting. Music is played soft enough to have a conversation. There is a stage with a pole to the left of the bar. Nobody danced on it while I was there. The bar is relatively large with about 15 or so seats around a bartender. I sat at the bar and ordered a beer. Beer was $4.50 and bottled water was $3.50. There was no cover.

There were only four dancers there and they were hanging out together, mostly looking at their phones and laughing. Counting me, there were only four customers. One of the dancers, a decent looking blonde MILF, whose name was Summer, I think, peeled off from the group and came over to me at the bar. We had a short conversation and she offered a bar-side dance for $10. I figured that was a good price to try out the dancers. She did a nice job of selling herself with some good grinding, including gentle OTP stroking. After removing her top, she encouraged touching and caressing of her breasts. She was a bit secretive about this and tried to hide it from the bartender and other dancers, so I suspect that this is bikini club? At least on the floor? When I asked about this, she indicated that she would be more accessible in the back. The bar side dance was convincing enough to decide to risk the $30 on a VIP dance. The VIP room has several small sofas in one large open room. The bartender can’t see in and it is not visible to the bar. If there are others getting dances in there, which there weren’t when I was there, they can see what you are doing though. No big deal if they are trying to do the same thing as you. Once in the VIP room she stripped her top off and danced on me with full contact and encouraged me to me to play with her breasts and nipples. She took my hand and guided it below and whispered in my ear that I could touch all I wanted as long as I didn’t put anything inside. As nice as the dance was, It was clear that I wasn’t going to get anything extra, so I stopped at two. It was worth it, but not what I was looking for.
