First visit to the Jet Strip

First time visiting the Jet Strip. I got there about 10pm. There were two security guards by the outer door standing on the sidewalk. One wanded me while the other stood a few feet away. After getting cleared I paid the $20 cover at the counter when you walk in. Went through the turnstile (what?). I took a seat at a table near the bar. For a Friday night the place was less busy that I expected. I ordered a water ($8 or so, gave $10). Signs on the table say you have to order a drink an hour. This was moderately enforced throughout the night. Later I was told I needed to order a drink and had a coke which was also about $8. They also offer food, but I didn't try.

The stage is long and multi-level with one end being recessed. It seemed a bit strange when a dancer kind of disappeared there for a bit. Maybe you would just see her feet and legs sticking up. There's a large shoe at the other end of the stage where the dancers come out. I guess It gives them a place to put their stuff down. Some of the dancers were Elvira (AA), Kitana (lots of piercings and tattoos), Alice (white, one pierced nipple), Cherish (AA), Cleo (AA), Carly(?, white), Carrie (?), Petra (white), Sky, Illani, Melody, Rosalie, and Ivy. Lots of mirrors in the place. Dancers were doing two song sets. Most got nude on the second song. There were a couple guys who would make it rain for their favorites, but mostly tipping was the occasional couple ones. Toward the end of the night one of the dancers was walking around collecting ones to throw at her "friends". Eh, ok.

Dance prices are $40/song nude or $3/80. There were occasionally announced specials which were 2/$40. Limited time offer and the private dance attendant would keep track of who took someone back there for the special. I took Alice up on the offer. I think only three dancers found a match during the special made me think they might be short songs or less effort, but I was happy with the dances. I probably should have done more with her. They ran the special at least twice while I was there. Next I took I went for the 3/$80 with Cherish. Before going back you have to visit the bar and the dancer gets a ticket while you pay at the bar. Out in the open Cherish seems a little handsy, but back in the private dance area not so much for the two way touching. She kept moving my hands away and they weren't even close to the naughty bits below. Real boner killer. Chalk that one up to a loss.
