First visit, won't be last

I always meant to check out this club but just never did. I live a little closer to it now so gave it a visit. Decent amount of parking even late on a weekend and the area seemed totally safe. Building looks pretty nice from the outside, honestly nicer than the inside. Metal detector and bouncer inside the doors, $10 cover. Set off the detector so got a little pat down but the bouncer was chill about it. Restroom was nicer than I was expecting. No bathroom troll.

Got a draft beer, $8 (sign says $7.50 but I don't think I saw the bartender touch quarters all night and I don't blame her). Bar is pretty small and they only had one bartender on who was also prepping drinks for the one waitress and coordinating food with the kitchen runner so it did take quite awhile to get drinks even though she was working hard. Surprising number of people ordering food. Looked fine, standard bar food.

Vibe was very chill. Decent number of older guys who clearly spend a lot of time there. Surprising number of people playing pool on the one pool table. Lighting was good, music wasn't too loud, some TVs with sports. Definitely feels like a locals place but in a good way.
