Hit or Miss, but Good Low-End Value

New to the neighborhood but not Seattle, I'd never bothered to check out Paradise because it sounded, under multiple managements, so hit or miss.

I can report now it's hit or miss.

I had 7 dollars in hand and 120 in checking on a sad Valentine's day, so I emptied the account, hopped on a Lime scooter, and risked death on Holman Rd to get to it.
