Visited: Monday After Midnight

I went to The Executive Gentlemen’s Club at midnight on a Monday night. There was no cover charge. I had not been inside this establishment since 2017 when it was Scores Mansion, and the inside has not changed one bit in nine years. The bar is on the right wall at the front of the floorplan, close to the entrance. I asked for a Sincweiser, which they did not have. It was unclear if they were sold out or did not carry the King of Beers. I had to settle for a Sinc Light. I was charged $10 for the twelve ounce beer. The actual price is $8 per beer with $1.60 of tax added on, and then the price is rounded up so the bartender doesn't have to deal with coins. The stage is on the left wall of the whole floorplan. It is a half circle with a pole in the front room, and it is a long runway along the wall in the back room. There is an outdoor courtyard all the way in the back past the restrooms.

There were seven dancers working. A few were 7’s or 8’s, while the rest were several points uglier mainly due to too much body mass. Three dancers were black, three were white, and one was Hispanic. There were more non-dancer employees on the premises than there were customers. Dancers did two song sets, stripping down to topless. Private dances are $40 or three for $100 up on the second floor. You have to walk up a prominent staircase just past the bar to get there. If you are handicapped or unable to do stairs, you are out of luck. These old buildings in the French Quarter do not have elevators. I do not think there is an elevator for the handicapped. There are also fifteen, thirty, and sixty minute VIP rooms offered upstairs at prices of $200, $300, and $600 respectively. The champagne rooms are on the third floor. Touching the dancers is permitted. I doubt extras are possible here anymore, but it was very easy to bang upstairs over a decade ago before all of the state police raids in the French Quarter. All dances and VIP rooms are prepaid to a woman sitting at a podium by the stairs.

The ATM charges a ten percent fee, so get your cash ready before visiting. I may give The Executive Gentlemen’s Club another shot on a Friday or Saturday night since I am in town frequently, but the overall value is low, which is par for the course at the strip clubs in the Vieux Carre.
