WM Open Thursday

I stopped into The Candy Store on Thursday night. I arrived around 9:00pm. Being that it was the first day of the WM Phoenix Open (that’s a heavily attended golf tournament for the uninformed) and that is going on not far from the club, they decided to jack the cover charge up to $20 (it’s usually $10). A bottled beer from the door girl was like $6 or so.

The first thing I noticed when I walked into the club was that there was lots of girls working, many more than usual and they were all over the bar side of the club, the main room was also opened but it was pretty empty on that side (although the stage was opened). Since the bar area was full I grabbed a spot in the main room area.

Back to the girls, as mentioned, there were a lot of them working, there had to be a good 25-30 of them. It was an interesting crew too, it seemed like a lot of 30 somethings who have been around the block a few times, lots of enhancements everywhere, lots of tats, lots of piercings, it looked like these girls had partied hard in their younger years, it was almost as if they had come out of dancer retirement to work this specific weekend. I would put most of the girls were in the 6-7 range. Luckily, I know a girl who works here and she let me know that she’d be working, she is a solid 8 and she got most of my money on this night.
