It Is What It Is

If you’re looking for something more than overpriced coffee and a little eye candy, then let me save you the trouble of reading my review and/or potentially stopping in for a visit: you won’t find it here.

I stop in whenever I’m in Houston on business, which these days is just about once every month. Do I go out of my way to come here? No, and I never would, because it’s not worth it; one of my favorite cigar shops happens to be a block away, so it’s nothing more than just along the way. It’s in a small mini-mall off of one of the FMs adjacent to the corner of Eldridge and Spencer, so depending on traffic and time of day, it’s possible to easily miss it. From the outside it appears small, and from the inside, even more so. Typically, you will find no seating inside or outside, but on a couple rare occasions I have seen a few stools inside at the counter, and one or two tables outside. Why this changes from time-to-time is beyond me.

On this particular visit there were three women working; 2-4 is what you can expect depending on day/time, with the exception of their occasional “special events” (where there will be 5+). Two were wearing tiny matching blue and gold bikinis, while the third was wearing a black one-piece under a mesh half-body stocking. None of them were over a 6, but all were very friendly and flirty. I don’t believe any AA women work here (I could be wrong), as I’ve only seen White, Latina, and half-Asian women throughout all of my visits.
