Waste of money and time

I submitted a review not to long ago about this place but it deserves anther as this place has declined

Rolled into perky around 330 on a Tuesday. I've been here 4 times before. Its in a small retail shopping center with a gas station.

I pulled up and saw that no one was in the store. In my experience its better if your alone because the girls will BS with more to get a tip.
