Imperially boring

Thought I'd give this place another try. Last time was constant "buy the girl a drink?" hustle and I had to bail. Tonight I arrived on a Monday around 10pm. There were maybe 6 ladies working and no customers except me and one other. Overall it was pretty dead. I got approached by one nice dancer but wasn't feeling the vibe.

I sat around for a bit and it seemed like the girls working were kind of young and immature. They were all crowded around a table across the room on their phones one minute and then literally screaming at each other the next. It was like they showed up to work, but weren't working. I get it, it was slow. But I literally got approached by one dancer.

Next, something kind of interesting did happen. The bartender/manager who was a cute red head wearing black pants and t-shirt came over and sat down. She introduced herself and chatted me up. Very friendly, and acting sort of like a host. She asked me if I wanted her to bring any particular girl over, was there anything else she could help with, etc. That was a new one for me. I guess maybe an attempt to try to build up some goodwill/relationships with customers and return business? At another point she asked if I wanted a dance from her, which I declined. That was a new one for me.
