It's been a LongTime Cumin'

After a long absence I decided to visit my long time favorite Phoenix club. For visitors S44 is the closest club to Sky Harbor Airport by taking the 44th St exit and find the club on the NE side of Thomas Rd between Wells Fargo & McDonalds. Turn behind the bank into an alleyway and park behind the club in a small parking lot.

I arrived at 12 noon opening time to take advantage of having first choice of dancers especially since I came to see a specific dancer. Every club in Phoenix seems dark coming in from the bright sun. No admission fee during the day and unlike a certain club there's no bouncer there with their hand out looking for a tip to seat you at a "reserved," table. ATM available near entrance although not recommended, go over to Wells Fargo if extra money is needed. Small bar straight ahead with daily specials. There's a curtained VIP area with about 4 seats directly across from bar. Another VUP area is next to DJ with about 6 slots, no preference, dancers seem to chose whatever area might be empty. Men's room is further to the right, no troll and always clean. Stage is left when entering, one pole, seating against walls and around stage. Two champagne 🍾 rooms in the back, $300/30 min with 2 drinks, $600/hr. DJ is sometimes understandable at times, music is varied depending on dancer, 70s rock to modern rap fitting the age of the dancer. Dancers do 2 dances, usually remove top on 2nd song, not much stage tipping happens.

I specifically came to see the beautiful Hawaiian dancer come out from the dressing room, waited & waited but to my disappointment she didn't show, she's always there on Mondays at opening, retired? or missed?
