I Just Don’t Get This Place!

This spot is located in an industrial part of Linden, just down the block from another club, Taboo. It has its own free parking lot & there were plenty of spots available at 11pm – I’d soon find out why. You walk in & there’s a sizeable reception area. You pay the $23 cover to the person manning the desk behind glass.

When you walk in to the main area, it’s a big rectangle with a decent-sized stage in the middle and chairs all around it. To the right is the men’s rooms, a seating area and at the end up some stairs is the LD section. To the left is the dancer dressing room, a juice bar & stairs that lead to the VIP area. I was approached by multiple dancers and learned that LDs are $30 and the VIP is like $200.

Where this place loses me is the roster. There were maybe 12-15 dancers & most of ‘em were riffraff Dominican chicks! Straight up, these are the types of ‘dancers’ that populate the go-gos in North Jersey that don’t charge a cover and have VIP rooms that cost about the same as the LDs in this spot!!! There was only 1 dancer who was anything close to my type. I struck up a convo w/ her & she broke down the pricing for me. When I asked what was possible in the VIP, she started playing games, saying that I need to take a chance & that she’d treat me right if I was ‘nice’ to her! As soon as I heard this nonsense, I excused myself and bounced!
