Monday Afternoon at Silver Criket

I stopped in to SC at about 2pm on a Monday after getting done with my work obligations early. I decided to spend some time there before I left town. The club itself has been very adequately described before, so I'll skip all that.

Entered to a friendly door man, no cover charge. Sat at a table near the stage. If you want to sit in a booth it's a $20 fee. I was there for about 2 hours. When I got there, there was probably 6-7 other customers. By the time I left at about 4pm, there were probably 15-20 customers. Upon arrival there were probably about 10 girls. When I left, about 15-20 girls. Probably 4 or 5 would be on my no-go list (most of those no-goes were on the heavy side. One was just not that attractive.)

I got a $7 beer, and immediately the one non-heavy no-go sat down with me. We had a pleasant conversation for a couple minutes, then she asked about dances, I said I wasn't interested, and she moved on. Two other no-goes then asked, one after another, if I wanted company. I declined. I sat and watched the stage show, one full rotation. While doing that one of the Hispanic dancers (there were a few of them that rarely left their booth) came to me and said "I no speak English, wanna dance?" I declined.
