Comfort Food - a first trip to GB

First time to the Banana since I usually only visit clubs when traveling. Stopped in around 10pm on a Wednesday after seeing some friends on North Shore.

It’s bigger than I imagined with about 20 round tables surrounding the U shaped stage, which also had seats along the rail.

Paid the $10 cover and stopped at the bar to survey the scene. Several dancers chatting with each other at end of the bar, but otherwise didn’t see anyone mingling with the 20+ customers. I usually see that as a not great sign but maybe there’s unspoken rule to not approach folks sitting along the stage since that’s where most were sitting.
