Fun Hump Day Visit to Cheetah's

Had to be in San Diego for a client meeting, and I remembered visiting this place about 8–9 years ago, so I decided to stop in on a Wednesday night while I was in town.

Parking was easy, and I walked in around 10:00pm. I paid the $15 cover, which includes two non-alcoholic drinks you can redeem at the bar. The club had a good number of patrons, but it wasn’t hard to find a seat. It felt like there were around 13–15 dancers on shift at that time. For what it’s worth, a couple dancers arrived after I did (around 10pm) and a few left from their shift while I was there.

The stage setup is a bit unusual, the seating around it is set back, so a bit weird of a stage show, so I ended up taking a seat along the wall. Dancers performed in two-song sets, and there was usually a break of a few songs between performers. I’m not sure if that’s typical, but several dancers mentioned it gets much busier on Fridays and Saturdays, so it may have just been a weekday pace. Also, most girls (if not all) kept their tops and bottoms on. I think there was maybe one that went full nude if I remember correctly.
