Good sunday night at Rick's

Hit up Rick's last night around 11:30 after some time downtown. Place was busy but not insane crowded like a Friday, which was perfect. Walked in, no cover, grabbed a seat near the main stage. There was a 2 drink minimum but fine. Atmosphere is still that upscale vibe they push - dim red lights, clean, three stages going with girls rotating every few songs. Dancers were a good mix, couple of 9s in there, no real duds. One Latina girl (think her stage name was Jade or something) was fire and actually fun to talk to. She didn't upsell, just chilled and danced.

She ended up doing 4 lap dances at the seat ($20 each, felt fair), then asked if I wanted to go upstairs for a half hour VIP. I passed and watched the girl on stage until I got a couple more dances from this blonde with a huge ass. Left around 2:30 minus a few hundred dollars, and honestly didn't feel ripped off at all. Food looked decent too if you're into the steakhouse side during the day. Would go back next time I'm in Midtown on a Sunday.
